So my boyfriend’s sister is going to get married!

:D When we don’t know yet, BUT! I get to be his date and i know its not my day, but i am going to look as good as i can. 

Back to hitting hard workouts so i can look so very cute next to him :)

Made a fruit salad :D

  • Strawberries
  • Mango
  • Apple
  • Pear

with a squirt of lemon to keep the apples and mango from going brown :]

Back to working out.

I was kind of unmotivated to workout for about a week or so :/

But, I’m back and up and at it. Already been working for about 30 minutes, just took a mini break to grab some water and post this :)

Just got back from tennis :D

It is hot as heck out there!! We went to the park down the street with the new courts. We were there for at least an hour and a half. It was really fun and im happy my mom got my brother and me to go there with her :D it was a lovely time with them.

So I haven’t updated on here for awhile D:

Been busy. I got myself some tennis gear so i can play with my brother :D Probably going to head to the park tomorrow to play :3

they didn’t come out how i was hoping they would. SO! I’m remaking them tomorrow! I will try and try again till i get my desired result :D

Clean Eating: Before-and-After Workout Snacks

BEFORE your workout, have something small, but high-carb, for energy.
-A banana
-An apple
-Oatmeal
-Healthy cereal
-Whole wheat english muffin with jam

AFTER your workout, have something with protein to rebuild those tired muscles!
-Apples with peanut butter or low-fat cheese
-Bananas with peanut…

Just did a 30 minute workout,

& I love how good I feel after pushing myself to do more. Pushing myself to take it another level.
